Art Classes for Kids
10 - 14 year olds Tuesdays 3:30 - 5:30 - 4 classes per session - $80 per session.
These fun and exciting classes explore various painting and drawing techniques as well as the use of mixed media. Young artists will discover composition, design and color theory, exploring and creating different images using charcoal, pastels, acrylic paint, plaster, pen and ink.
Sessions go till June 2010 - Class size is very limited - 6 - 8 spaces available / New students are welcomed anytime as sessions are on-going however, priority is given to those students that register for all sessions. Students registered in the sessions will have the option of participating in the "year end" art show (between June and August) .
Supplies are included for these classes. Artists should bring a smock or apron to protect their clothing and a 8 1/2" x 11" sketch book and a snack.

Workshops - 4 hours - wine & cheese included - dates TBA.
These workshops are very fun, and non-intimidating designed for the beginner as well as the "practicing artist" looking for additional inspiration. An introduction to some basic techniques in acrylic painting with the use of various mixed media. All participants are required to provide their own pre-stretched canvas or stonehenge paper and apron or smock.
